IQ
(Intelligence Quotients) is the term human intelligence capabilities to know
the regular forces, planning something, problem solving abilities, learn, to
understand an idea, thought, language and more.
Initial assumption of the IQ is innate abilities that absolute and can
not be changed is wrong, because the modern research proved the IQ ability can
be increased along with the learning process.
This intelligence was
not clear for the one thing only, but for a lot of things. For example, someone
with the ability to be proficient in music, and the other in terms of sports.
The intelligence of the each individual is not same, but different from each
other.

EQ
(Emotional Quotients) is the ability to control yourself, passion, tenacity,
and ability to motivate yourself and endure the frustration, willingness to
handle instinct and emotion, not exaggerating pleasure, arrange the mood and
keep the stress is not disable ability to think, to read the innermost feelings
of others (empathy) and pray, to keep the relationship with other, capabilities
to resolve problems, as well as to lead themselves and their neighborhood.
Ø SQ (Spiritual
Quotients) is the soul of the
intelligence that can help a person to
establish itself as a whole. It
should be understood that the
SQ is not necessarily
related to religion. SQ does not depend
on the culture or values. Does not following the values exist, but creating a
possibility to have that's own values. Spiritual intelligence is the
intelligence that comes from the inside, makes us creative when we were faced
with personal problems, and try to look the meaning contained therein, as well
as completing the well in order to obtain relaxation and inner peace. Spiritual
intelligence makes the individual able to interpret any activities as worship,
for the sake of humanity and God's beloved.

AQ (Adversity
Quotient) is the ability of someone to
adapt quickly with other people or problems
that come up as well as quickly to find a solution of it. As well as the dealing with the
length of someone dissolved in an uncertain mood, the extent to which one's
resistance to survive in facing of their problem and quickly adapt to the
atmosphere as well as out of it. The point teaches us how to make the challenge
even the threat or problem come into a meaningful opportunity.

and Spiritual Quotient)
is a combination of EQ and SQ. That is the merger between emotional
intelligence and spiritual
control. The benefits are can be achieve the balance
between horizontal relationship (human to human) and Vertical relationship (man
and God). ESQ can also make us more confident in taking action.

PQ
(Physical Quotient) is a person's ability to maintain their fitness or health
of themselves. All the people who study, work, or seek the success in life are
definitely not easy. They should work hard to get what they want. Therefore,
maintaining the health is an important thing. With a healthy body, we can do
the activities fluently and with a healthy body can makes the body, the brain,
the mind will also be healthy.
The Relation of IQ, SQ, EQ, AQ,
ESQ, PQ with the education
In
the range of education, all
aspects of intelligence (IQ, EQ, SQ,
AQ, ESQ, and PQ) should
get more attention of a balanced weight. This is important
given, because the IQ only does not guarantee the success of a person's life,
as well as if just only the SQ and EQ will not be able to support the success
of someone's life as a whole both in material and spiritual. The implementation
of all aspects of intelligence is very effective when it is done in the
counseling activities at each education institutions.
Comprehension of EQ
and SQ will be easier to do through face to face directly with arouse the
conscience of each learner to behave in well and be able to control themselves
and also interact with others. When the guidance counseling already effectively
by entering all aspects of intelligence is needed, then it's probably time
assessment of outcomes for learners not just an output level (product), but how
to achieve the output into the process. The success assessment of students not
only from the timeliness of completing the entire course, but what about the
student's behavior while following the evaluation, whether by honest ways or
not.
If
the criteria are not carefully
monitored and taken
into account, then the result will
be visible when the graduates to devote
their knowledge in the workplace,
they will get used to behave dishonestly, corruption,
collusion, and other
immoral behavior, they will be always looking
for easy ways that they do to achieve their purpose although it should be
violate norms and
rules. However, if someone has the intelligence of adversity
(Adversity Intelligence) will be able to deal with obstacles or obstruction in
achieving its objectives.
According
to Stoltz (2000) the
indicators can be classified
into four dimensions, there are the control dimensions,
recognition and the origin dimensions,
range dimensions and durability dimensional. The dimensions of the
EQ controls related
to the extent to which a person
is able to manage the difficulties that will
be come. The second dimension
about the origin are closely related with
the SQ, how far someone blames themselves
when they find
the problems comes from themselves,
or how far someone
blames others or the
environment that is a source of
difficulty and the failure. And the more important
is the influence of AQ. That is the extent
to which the willingness to take
responsibility for the offense or
failure, as well as the fourth dimension is
durability, it is also related with
the PQ, where the physical conditions, mind, health, and someone immunity will
be very influence the actions and
decisions to be taken. So all of the intelligence aspect is very
important and related to each other, so if we reach a success, we need to
equalize and balance the position of all aspects of intelligence.
